Location

All work to be carried out at a fixed, verifiable address – preferably off road at either your home or workplace.

Mobile tradesmen (including ourselves) have recently been targeted by scams involving meeting in public car parks and appearing to be paid with fake banking apps, resulting in non-payment.

These policies help ensure fairness, safety, and trust on both sides.

Glue Pulling & Paint Damage

Disclaimer: Although we inspect every panel before work is carried out, in rare circumstances paint can still pull off during certain PDR techniques—especially on non-factory finishes. Lancashire Dent Repair accepts no liability for paint loss.

Please let us know if you are aware of any previous body shop work on the panel to be repaired.

No Fix, No Fee

We operate a 'No Fix, No Fee' policy. Although we inspect every panel before work begins, if a dent proves impossible to repair—due to restricted access, stretched metal, or being too deep—there is no charge for our time. This also applies in the rare event that paint is damaged during the process; if we can’t finish the repair to our standards, you don’t pay.
